I worked closely with VVco Pedals and designed the artwork for the effects pedal, packaging, and instruction cards for the AfterLife and AfterLite. Combining a modern space atmosphere with clean iconic design elements and a nod to the victorian gothic era, played nicely with the design of a coffin-shaped distortion guitar pedal. The decorative typography worked well with the gothic theme. The pedal is simple in design so the artwork and laser-etched markings had to work with the pedal concept. Nothing too complicated to operate, just a switch/dial and volume controls. There is also a smaller version to compliment the AfterLife pedal, called the AfterLite. These two pedals totally rip and I'm honored to have created this work!
